Merchant cash advance

How is a Merchant Cash Advance different than a loan?

A merchant cash advance (MCA) is different from a bank loan in several ways:

Structure - With a merchant cash advance you receive an “advance” of your business’s future revenues in exchange for the lender's profit on the loan.

Timing - A merchant cash advance can be secured in as little as one to five business days whereas a traditional bank loan may take more than 30 days.

Term - A merchant cash advance is designed to be a short-term solution. Traditional business loans are generally designed for long-term capital needs.

Credit Score - The structure of a merchant cash advance relies much more heavily on a business’s monthly deposit volume than a specific credit score.

No Collateral Required

Business History Flexibility

What can I use the money on?

With a traditional bank loan, the lender will generally require some form of collateral to secure the financing, but an MCA has no collateral requirements by design and the owner can then use the capital in any way they see fit.

How long do I need to be in business?

We have a variety of lenders that are flexible on the length of time in business.  The lenders look at cash flow and equity.  We have lenders willing to lend to businesses four months old, and we also have lenders not willing to lend to businesses less than five years old.  We will help you find the right lender for you.

How does my credit score impact my application?

The structure of a merchant cash advance relies much more heavily on a business’s monthly deposit volume than a specific credit score.  We have a variety of lenders to choose from that are open minded about lower credit scores.

What is the application process?

Once you submit an application, a funding consultant will determine how much you qualify to receive based upon your monthly gross credit card sales volume.  At this time, you will be asked for financial statements and tax returns, which are given to underwriting for approval.  If you agree upon the offer presented by the lender, you will receive your funds the next business day.  In return the lender and Lioness Enterprises, LLC, gets a small percentage of the daily sales until the agreement concludes.
